In the last 15 seconds of this video, in which Obama is speaking to the AFL-CIO labor crowd in Cincinnati Ohio on Labor Day, President Obama states, "I don't want to have to bail out anymore banks." Does our President really think that he is the one doing the bailing? Does he not realize that the bailouts have been paid for and made by a collective group of citizens that pay taxes? Considering the government does not produce anything, they only take from the taxpayers, everything they have comes from you and me. It is insulting when elected government and the President feel that our wealth belongs to them and refer to the nations wealth in a "possessive" term.
If you watch the entire speech, you will notice that he paints a very rosy picture of the current economic situation. An example would be Obama stating that we are now doing great because we only lost 216,000 jobs in the month of August, which was less than the month before. It's like a person struggling with weight loss stating that they are doing great because in previous months they gained 10 lbs a month. In the last couple of months, they have only gained 7 lbs.
